Monica is an architect who has great passion for interior design and spatial innovation, and is keenly interested in material specification and BIM methodology. With more than 10 years of experience she believes that exceptional design is more about human experiences than anything else. She highly values the input of her clients and users and considers it as important as her own ideas. In her career, Monica has worked on hospitality, retail + consumer experience, roll-out retail, lifestyle and wellness services projects in various countries. As a result, she has a deep understanding of the project process from concept to construction administration.

Her passion for networking and cross-border learning has driven her success as team leader, where she has gained communication skills, teamwork, problem-solving abilities, adaptability, planning, and commitment.
